REMEMBER!  PROTEIN CAN BE YOUR BEST FRIEND
OR YOUR WORST ENEMY!   THE KEY IS IN THE BALANCE!

KABLOOMTM The Power of Fresh

WINNERS EDGE® PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROTEIN OR FAT ADDITIVES.

Most of our products contain small amounts of protein by virtue of some ingredients we use. while it is important that the proper amount of protein be included in any diet, of greater importance is the balance of various amino acids that make up the dietary protein.  This amino acid balance is known as protein “quality” and the required quality differs among the species being fed. The proper balance of amino acids (protein quality) is required in order for all appropriate proteins to be synthesized.   Most commercial feed rations contain adequate amounts of protein. Because it cannot be stored, any excess protein not used in the assimilation of tissue mass or used as energy creates an imbalance in the diet and must be degraded and expelled from the body.  This process increases the energy requirements of the animal and will eventually lead to “protein burnout” (lower feed conversion, loss of body condition and other dietary problems). Should you choose to use one of the many protein or fat supplements on the market, you will not create a toxicity when using our products with them. However, you can decrease their recommended amount by one-half when feeding Winners Edge® and save some money.
